Yarigai Source Licence

This is a plain-English licence between you and Sancar Media Ltd, trading as Yarigai ("we"). By downloading, installing or using this code you accept it. If you accept for a company, you confirm you can bind it.

What you get

• The complete source code of the product named above, and every future update of it that we publish, at no extra cost.
• A perpetual licence to install, run and change the code for one person or one company (its staff and contractors included), on accounts that you or that company control.
• As many installs as that one person or company needs.

What you can do

• Change anything: the name, the look, the features.
• Use it for your own clients' work, as long as it runs in your accounts.

What you can't do

• Share, publish, sell, rent or give away the code, a changed version of it, or your download link.
• Install it in a client's own accounts without buying that client a licence.
• Offer it, or anything built from it, as a hosted service to other people or companies.
• Remove this licence file or the notices in third-party files.

Third-party parts

Some files keep their own open-source licences (for example pdf-lib and fontkit under MIT, Mediabunny under MPL-2.0, and fonts under the SIL Open Font Licence). Their licence files sit next to them in public/js/vendor/ and public/assets/.

Your data

Everything runs in your own Cloudflare and Google accounts. We never see your data, your keys or your users. Any charges from Cloudflare, Google or Stripe are yours.

No warranty

The code is provided as it is, without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for this licence.

Payments and refunds

All sales are final, because the code can't be returned once downloaded. If you get stuck installing, email [email protected] and we'll help you get it running.

Law

This licence is governed by the law of England and Wales.
