About Yarigai

Yarigai is a done-for-you AI agency. We build AI systems into the jobs that eat a team's week, inside the tools the business already uses, and keep them running. We're based in London and work with clients worldwide.

The name

Yarigai is a Japanese word for the feeling that your work is worth doing. That's the aim of every build. AI takes the repeat work, like CRM updates, invoice chasing and the Monday report, so your people spend their hours on clients, sales and the projects that keep slipping.

Who runs it

Yarigai is run by Deniz Sancar. Clients work with him directly, not with an account manager.

Deniz studied engineering at Imperial College London, left a job at HSBC at 22 and has built companies since. He built 38-0-0, which passed a million downloads and reached No. 1 in the App Store's top free games. The Observer covered its rise. He co-founded Virlo, which has passed 100,000 sign-ups, and runs Sancar Media, which has worked with over 60 brands including ElevenLabs, Whop, Skillshare and Fiverr.

How we work

  • Code, not a chain of zaps. Every system is real software, version-controlled, tested and deployed to hosting you own.
  • You own all of it. The code, the data, the prompts and the accounts are yours from day one. If we stop working together, everything keeps running.
  • A person signs off. Anything that sends money, emails a customer or deletes data waits for a human yes until you decide otherwise.
  • Running costs on the quote. Each quote shows the monthly AI and hosting bill before we write a line.
  • Working software every week. You see a demo of the real thing each week and test it on your own work before it goes live.
