## How a project with Yarigai works
A project has four steps, and the client sees working software every week.

1. **Scope call.** 30 minutes on Google Meet, free. Yarigai maps one workflow and names the three things worth automating first. The client keeps the notes whether they hire Yarigai or not.
2. **Blueprint.** About a week, and the cost comes off the build. It is a written plan, a clickable prototype, the monthly running cost, a fixed price and the payback maths.
3. **Build.** 2 to 6 weeks in the client's own accounts, with a demo of working software every week. The team tests it on real work before it goes live.
4. **Care.** Optional and monthly. Yarigai monitors the system, fixes what breaks and moves it to better AI models as they ship. The client can cancel any month and keep everything.

## The guarantee, with the maths
Yarigai's guarantee is one sentence: "If the build isn't profitable for you, we won't build it."

Before the client pays anything, the blueprint puts three numbers in writing. They are what the system replaces, what that costs the business a year, and what the build costs. If the system doesn't come out ahead within the first year, Yarigai doesn't take the job.

A worked example uses the figures on Yarigai's homepage. A $500 a month software tool costs $6,000 a year. Ten hours a week of manual admin at $20 an hour costs $10,400 a year. If one build replaces both, it has $16,400 of first-year cost to beat, plus its own running costs. If the quote doesn't clear that, the answer is no.

Yarigai's founder is [Deniz Sancar](https://denizsancar.com).
